FOUR STEP PROCESS
Initial Consultation
You will meet with a medical provider who will provide an overview of our services and answer all of your questions about the process for evaluating for Low T and weight loss. We will discuss your health concerns, goals and lifestyle to help you decide which option is best for you. Once you have chosen the option that suits your goals best, a physical exam, fasting blood work, ECG and body composition evaluation will be performed. (initial evaluation options range $149- $549, appointment necessary)
Customized Program
Lab results typically take 24-48 hours to result. The provider will set up a follow up appointment with you (virtual or in person) to create an individualized treatment plan based on your results and goals for the next 3 months. Your treatment plan will include: exercise plan, dietary modifications, supplement and/or medications, if needed.
Delivery and Treatment
Our aim is to make your treatment plan as convenient for you as possible and can deliver certain medications directly to you. Medications and supplements related to your individualized plan will be prescribed and delivered to your doorstep.
Follow-up and Monitoring

Initial evaluation generally runs between $149-549, depending on the complexity of evaluation needed. We are medical providers. Safely prescribing medications is of utmost importance. At the time of your evaluation, your health care professional will review options with you during your first visit based on your goals, past and present medical history.

Many insurance plans specifically exclude services for the treatment of obesity or medical weight loss management. It is for this reason that we do not accept health insurance and are a fee-for-service clinic. We do not bill insurance companies for services; however, some insurance companies may reimburse you for our services. We are happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company. It is the patient's responsibility to process their own insurance claims.
